Where chaos meets structure.

Teleri Clark is a Welsh–Australian artist based in Sydney since 2012. With a PhD in functional genomics, her practice is shaped by an understanding of complex systems — how structure emerges, destabilises, and reorganises. Her work is informed by an interest in emergent patterns and the dynamics between order and disorder.

Working in large-scale abstraction, she explores the tension between chaos and order through layered compositions that balance geometric control with intuitive movement. Each work evolves through a process of disruption and refinement, resolving into a state that feels both dynamic and deliberate.
